This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into between the Seller and the Buyer under the terms and conditions stated below.

Buyer: The customer who places an order through the Escarelle website.
2. Subject
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through the Escarelle website.
3. Product Information
The basic characteristics, price, quantity, color, size, and other details of the products are displayed on the product page and order summary before the order is completed.
4. Payment
The Buyer agrees to pay the total order amount, including product price, taxes, shipping fees, and any additional costs shown during checkout.
5. Delivery
The products will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, customs procedures, and product availability.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Escarelle is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
8. Products Not Eligible for Return
Products that have been used, washed, damaged, altered, or removed from their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged. Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons are also excluded.
9. Damaged or Defective Products
The Buyer should inspect the package upon delivery. If the package is damaged, the Buyer should not accept the delivery and should request a damage report from the courier company.
10. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in the Buyer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
11. Force Majeure
Escarelle shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, courier delays, customs procedures, technical issues, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
12. Enforcement
By placing an order through the Escarelle website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.
